A VIP family are searching for an experience male Butler to assist the Principal at home and when travelling. You will be responsible for his clothes, packing, unpacking, ensuring he has all his toiletries, medication, some restaurant reservations and accompanying him when travelling. Main responsibilities will include:

• Working in a team with the existing staff members
• Ironing and shoe cleaning when needed
• Transportation and restaurant bookings and organization (The PA is responsible for the majority of this)
• Packing and equipment organization

• Run errands should the employer needs
• Providing an exceptional level of service to the principal, paying particular attention to their personal needs
• Anticipating the needs of the principal and carrying out outstanding preparation at all times
• Able to ensure that the principal’s personal area – at home or during travel – is kept in immaculate order
• Provide relevant and appropriate information to principal concerning local conditions when travelling
• Maintain an immaculately clean and tidy working area
• Ability to assist with packing and unpacking
• Responsible for communicating effectively with other staff to ensure the best service
• Keeping records of principals’ personal preferences and requirements, ensuring changes are appropriately communicated to others
• Ability to manage a small team of butlers if necessary
• Providing ad hoc services such as shopping, repairs etc. upon request
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience working as a butler for a VIP individual
• Must have flexibility to travel extensively.
• Must have an EU Passport

• ​​3-5+ years experience in a private family
• Candidate who needs to be able to work autonomously
• Discrete and trustworthy candidate
• Candidate able to give advise to the employer for organization matter in a warm yet professional manner
